Parts
Monzeal have an “off the shelf” design philosophy where, whenever possible we use parts in our machines which are readily available in all corners of the globe.
We can supply all parts used on Monzeal equipment and we carry potentially long lead items in stock, to prevent excessive downtime.
Spare parts are also available:
- Essential – Consumables and high wear items such as vacuum cups.
- Recommended – Parts that are likely to need replacing from time to time.
- Comprehensive – A Complete spares package for the entire system.
Service
Breakdown and preventative maintenance services are available. Our service personnel have decades of experience with automated packaging systems and have worked in countries all across the world.
We can usually have a service person on site within 24hrs.
For systems installed with VPN remote access we can monitor and correct many problems remotely. In a lot of cases problems can be diagnosed and corrected quickly without the need for a site visit.
