Bag Flattener Conveyor
Medium Level Flattening
The standard bag flattener conveyor provides a medium level flattening providing good stable palletization. Vibration is applied through an electric vibrator and isolated plate located under the conveyor belt.
With variable speed drives both the conveyor belt speed and vibration frequency can be adjusted. Bag flattening often allows for a smaller metal detector aperture to be used, therefore increasing metal detection sensitivity.
High Level Flattening
This bag flattener conveyor has the same vibrating plate under the conveyor belt with the addition of 3x driven compression rollers mounted over the bag to provide ultimate flattening. The proprietary top compression roller technology provides accurate and repeatable bag depth gauging.
